Delmar Foundation Scholarships

The Delmar Foundation provides scholarships to individuals who reside in the Franklin Regional School District (in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania) and need financial help to be able to attend an accredited college, university, community college, technical school, or trade school. Our Scholarship Selection Committee selects recipients and determines the amount of individual awards. Scholarship recipients may be awarded up to $5,000 each school year. Awards are granted without regard to race, color, age, sexual orientation, gender, disability, or national origin.
