Delmar Foundation Scholarships

The Delmar Foundation provides scholarships of up to $5,000 per year to individuals who reside within the Franklin Regional School District (in western Pennsylvania) and need financial help to be able to attend an accredited college, university, junior college, technical college, or trade school (full time or part time). The scholarship program is administered by a Scholarship Selection Committee, which will verify eligibility based on the scholarship criteria, select recipients, and determine the amount of individual awards. The maximum award is $5,000 per student per school year. Awards are granted without regard to race, color, age, sexual orientation, gender, disability, or national origin.
